Vision Board your Business: A creative workshop for small business owners in West Yorkshire

You’ve taken the leap and set up your own business and now spend your days doing what you’re best at: helping people.

But as your schedule fills up, you find yourself running from one class or client to another, with barely a moment to breathe.  You’re saying yes to things that don’t really light you up, running your business week by week, feeling disconnected from the bigger picture — and unsure how to get off the hamster wheel.

Does that sound familiar?

You’re not alone. Many of my coaching clients arrive here too – running their business in survival mode. Getting by from week to week with no clear direction. It’s a fast track to burnout and it can make even the work you love feel heavy.

But here’s the truth. There’s another way.

You can run your business with clarity and flow – guided by a soul-aligned vision that reminds you why you started in the first place. You can carve out space to breathe, reconnect with your purpose and rediscover the excitement that inspired you to begin.

That’s exactly what my Vision Board your Business workshop offers.

What is the Vision Board your Business workshop?

This creative, in-person workshop brings together local small business owners to reconnect with their why, visualise their path forwards and turn intentions into aligned action.

You'll have quiet space to tune into your intuition, creative time to create your Vision Board and a group of similar business owners to get to know.

You’ll leave feeling motivated, focused and excited to move forward with confidence and clarity.

What is a vision board for business?

A vision board is a visual collection of images, words, emotions, photos to reflect where you want your business to be. Think old school collages with scissors, magasines and glue – a tactile, creative process that helps you to map out the future of your business.

Why vision boards work (Even if you think  you’re “not creative”)

The process of creating a vision board helps you get crystal clear on what truly matters — not just in your business goals, but how you want your work to feel day to day.

Psychologist Barbara Nussbaum  says, “When we invest the time to visualize, in detail, we become more emotionally connected to our wished-for goals. And emotions are the glue that connects us to what’s most important in our lives.”

Looking at your vision board regularly keeps your goals alive in your mind – reducing fear around taking new risks and helping you to embrace opportunities with greater confidence.
