I have been doing a weekly yoga class with Abi in Todmorden for the last few months. I arrived as a total (and slightly nervous!) beginner and found Abi's approach really welcoming and friendly. I've found myself making a lot of progress and always feel invigorated afterwards. As someone who hadn't done anything like this before I really recommend it.

I joined Abi’s yoga class a few months ago and I am really feeling the benefit. I have done yoga classes on and off in the past, but this is the best one I’ve been to. Abi is a great motivational teacher. She gives clear direction and is always careful to make sure you are doing each pose correctly, offering variations to suit everybody in the group. The classes are always changing so you don’t get bored. They are both challenging and relaxing and I couldn’t recommend enough.

Abi is so relaxing and encouraging in her practice, she guides you carefully through each and every movement until you find yourself entwined in positions you have never even imagined 😄
I feel energised and yet relaxed after every session and I really look forward to what different stretches, balances and poses we will get up to next!
