This 45-minute Yoga Nidra session is an invitation to deeply rest — without needing to move, stretch, or achieve anything. Often described as “yogic sleep”, Yoga Nidra guides you into a state between waking and sleeping where the body can soften and the mind can settle. You’ll be comfortably supported in stillness while you’re led through gentle awareness practices: noticing the breath, sensing the body, and allowing attention to drift without effort. This practice supports nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and genuine rest — particularly helpful if you feel tired but overstimulated, or unable to switch off. You don’t need experience with yoga or meditation. All you need to do is get comfortable and listen.
