Vinyasa Flow Yoga
The perfect way to start your week, with mindful movement on the hilltops above Hebden bridge. You will start taking a few moments in stillness, allowing your minds precious time to slow down. You will begin to slowly move through some opening postures, allowing your bodies to warm up, as you then connect movement with breath as you flow through a sequence which includes options and modifications. You will work through grounding, standing postures as well as balancing postures before coming back to stillness to close your practice. 60 minutes to connect back to your breath and body. All levels welcome. I'd love to see you on the mat!
