Do you want to learn the basics of yoga in a friendly, supportive environment?
Have you thought about starting yoga but feel daunted by going to a yoga studio?
Then my yoga for beginners course is for you!
A six week long course, designed specifically for you as a yoga newbie, or maybe you’ve attended a few classes and would like to develop your confidence with the basics of yoga.
Through the course you will:
- learn how to practice the most common postures safely in your body
- strengthen the body and mind through movement and an introduction to meditation
- learn the importance of your breath, both on and off the yoga mat
- gain an introduction to yoga philosophy
- receive an introduction to meditation, to help you quiet the mind
- build the confidence to attend regular yoga classes
Learn the basics of yoga in a relaxed, supportive environment, designed to help improve your physical, mental and emotional health.
What’s included:
- 6 x 60 minute in person sessions, with time available for you to ask any questions
- weekly overview sent to you, so that you can continue your practice at home
- email support throughout the course
- a free class in one of my regular classes upon completion
