On arrival you will be welcomed with a flowing, water-inspired meditation by Elisha. Take time to reflect, journal and reconnect with this ever-changing, ever-adpating element 🕉
The evening will melt into a nurturing and energizing yoga session with with Abi underpinned by watery healing sounds 🌿
Together In Wellness will culminate with an extended shavasana accompanied by a dreamy, delicate, relaxing sound bath with Hannah ✨
This sacred gathering at The Wellness Space is the opportunity for you to reset, rest & realign for the season ahead. We hope to offer you safe space where you feel truly welcomed with like minded souls 🙏🏼
PLEASE NOTE: There are two contraindications for Sound Baths: Sound Induced Epilepsy & for anyone who is 12 weeks Pregnant & Under.
